Senior.Net Developer - ASP / C#

Job Description :

• Oversee the development of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective software solutions with an emphasis on quality, best-practice coding standards, and cost-effectiveness
• Participate as a team lead on projects, which includes training, coaching, and sharing technical knowledge with less experienced staff.
• Rapidly identify and resolve technical incidents as they emerge
• Build rapid technical prototypes for early customer validation of new technologies
• Collaborate effectively across Technology and Operations to understand, translate, and integrate methodologies into engineering build pipelines
• Collaborate with product owners to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, providing leadership in the design and architecture processes.
• Provide expert apprenticeship to project teams on technology strategy, cultivating advanced skill sets in application engineering and implementing modern software engineering practices
• Lead and mentor a team of Software Developers and Senior Software Developers, providing guidance and support in their professional development
• Stay informed about the latest technology and methodology by participating in industry forums, having an active peer network, and engaging actively with customers
• Cultivate a team environment focused on continuous learning, where innovative technologies are developed and refined through collaborative effort
• Develop different efficient, testable, and reusable module in existing ERP system using ASP.NET Framework, C# and MS SQL Server
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing ERP system modules
• Write SQL queries, Stored procedure, trigger, etc.
• Work with the MVC design pattern for application development.
• Create and manage WEB APIs, Schedulers, etc.
• Design user-friendly modules using CSS3, HTML5, and the Bootstrap framework.
• Develop and enhance interactive front-end elements using JavaScript, jQuery, and other relevant front-end technologies.
• Should be able to deliver projects in Agile Project planning budgeting scoping managing customer expectation.
• Handle the project delivery end to end Team handling and mentoring
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Accountable and making sure everyone on the team understands the project's goals and scope.
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
• Facilitating scrum events daily stand-ups other meetings as needed.
• Develop schedule and cost plans that support the business objectives timelines budgets resources milestones and project deliverables.
• Lead teams in implementing Scrum in order to maximize velocity.

Manages project execution to achieve highest value project deliverables within the established schedule and budget.
