Application Engineer

About the Role :

The Demo Application Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our SaaS platforms demo environments working closely with the Technical Sales team to provide flawless demonstrations that showcase our products capabilities and win customers.

Responsibilities :

• Develop maintain and troubleshoot demo applications and environments using Visual Studio Python PowerShell ASP HTML5 JavaScript and PowerShell
• Integrate demo applications with existing infrastructure and ensure seamless data flow
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to design and implement solutions for demo environments
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues in demo environments
• Create and maintain clear documentation for demo applications and procedures
• Provide technical support and guidance to the Technical Sales team during demonstrations
• Collaborate with product development to understand new features and incorporate them into demos
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in application development
