About the Role : We are hiring a

Network Operations Engineer

to monitor, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The role includes proactive monitoring, incident triage, coordination with L2 / L3 teams, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor network devices, links, and critical services; respond to incidents within SLAs.

Escalate unresolved issues, coordinate with vendors and internal teams for RFO.

Conduct routine health checks on routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.

Maintain ITSM records (ServiceNow / Remedy), SOPs, runbooks, and KB articles.

Ensure compliance with security policies during troubleshooting and configuration tasks.

Skills & Experience :

Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related field.

6–9 years in Network Operations / NOC.

Strong networking fundamentals : TCP / IP, VLANs, routing, switching.

Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent devices.

Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools.

Basic troubleshooting of VPNs, firewalls, wireless APs.

Strong communication and cross-team coordination.
