Marketing Manager

Nation with Namo is looking for a Marketing Manager who is able to manage multiple advertising work streams and is dynamic, enthusiastic and keen-eyed enough to go beyond the obvious, draw complex insights and provide actionable to the team and the client.

Primary Responsibilities

Effective planning, implementation and monitoring of the digital media campaigns in coordination with different stakeholders, with end-to-end ownership of the complete process

Developing marketing strategies and campaign ideas by understanding brand language, audience preferences and competitive landscape

Analysing data from ad campaigns and secondary sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimize campaign performance

Building and ensuring compliance to systems to ensure smooth execution of digital media campaigns

Providing inputs and expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities, starting from media planning to content development and finalizing ad targeting

Creating and maintaining relationships with clients, advertising partners, influencers and publishers

Managing the team by recruiting, orienting, and training team members

Ability to conceptualise ad campaigns

Proficiency in Meta, Google Ads Manager etc. and analytics / marketing tools like Google Analytics, Clever Tap, MO Engage, etc.

A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning

Educational Qualifications and Work Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field from a leading Indian / International education institution

Relevant experience of 3+ years gained in either a full-service agency or product / growth / brand management focused roles in a consumer-facing organization

Credible record of operating at a team management level
