Job descriptionResearch, write, and edit news stories, scripts, and reports in Telugu for our digital platform Create daily content updates and ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness Craft push notifications and short-form content optimized for mobile engagement Coordinate with the editorial and marketing teams to align content with current trends Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and quality across all pieces of content Track and analyse content performance to improve audience engagement Ensure all content adheres to editorial standards and company policies Work closely with designers and video editors to develop multimedia stories Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field Minimum of 1+ years of experience in digital news writing or content creation Proven ability to write and edit in Telugu with high grammatical accuracy Basic working knowledge of English for internal communication and coordination Experience with push notifications and content for digital media platforms preferred Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and deliver content under tight deadlines Familiarity with SEO practices, trending topics, and content optimization is a plus Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement Must bring their own laptop to perform day-to-day tasks Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Training & Development
