Senior UI / UX Copywriter

About Us

We are seeking a Senior UI / UX Copywriter with deep experience in shaping the language of our mobile app. You’ll be the voice that guides our users, making every interaction clear, warm and trust-building. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, product, and marketing teams to craft copy that feels like a caring friend who also happens to know the science of parenting.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the tone, style, and voice of Tinypal’s in-app experience.

Write and refine microcopy for onboarding flows, buttons, empty states, notifications, and tooltips.

Translate product features and USPs into concise, compelling copy that resonates with parents.

Partner with designers to ensure text harmonizes with UI layouts and visual design.

Conduct quick iterations based on user testing and analytics.

Create a copy system that scales with future features.

Requirements

5+ years of experience writing for consumer-facing tech products (mobile-first strongly preferred).

Proven ability to write clear, warm, human-centered microcopy .

Deep empathy for diverse parent audiences.

Understanding of information hierarchy and UX writing best practices.

Strong collaboration skills with designers, PMs, and developers.

Comfort working in hourly-based engagement models.

Nice to Have

Experience in parenting, education, or wellness domains.

Familiarity with conversational UI and chatbot personality design.
