Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Mohali office to help expand RChilli's reach across India and global markets. This role is ideal for a young, ambitious professional with 6 months to 1 year of sales or business development experience who is eager to build a career in SaaS and HR Tech . You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our sales growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to new leads through online research, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Support senior sales team members in building relationships with potential clients.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Keep CRM records up to date with lead and client information.
• Work with the marketing team to run lead-generation campaigns in India and global markets.
• Learn and understand RChilli's HR Tech products to confidently present them to clients.
• Achieve entry-level sales targets and contribute to pipeline development.
