Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute advanced Port and Marine structure design including FEM analyses using Plaxis 2D / 3D
• Develop and apply constitutive soil models for accurate ground behavior simulation.
• Interpret and integrate ground characterization data into modeling workflows.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geotechnical, structural, and marine engineering.

Education and Professional Skills :

• Minimum 4 - 12 years of experience in geotechnical engineering with a focus on Port and Marine structures.
• Proven expertise in Plaxis 2D and 3D .
• Strong understanding of constitutive laws and soil-structure interaction.
• Broad experience in modeling a variety of geotechnical structures.
• Solid knowledge of ground investigation and characterization techniques.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience with MIDAS is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in coding / scripting (e.G., Python, MATLAB) for automation and data processing is a plus.
