Job descriptionGenerate and convert pipeline through marketing leads, referrals, and targeted outreach Maintain high activity levels with regular customer meetings (mix of plant visits and online demos) Perform on-site plant walkthroughs to understand production processes and identify AI / IoT opportunities Position Vision AI solutions for defect detection, process monitoring, or traceability based on customer needs Present case studies and ROI demonstrations to Quality Heads, Production Managers, and Plant Directors Coordinate technical discussions with presales team for solution design Design customer-specific proposals covering hardware (cameras, edge devices), software, and integration Manage pilot / POC deployments to demonstrate value before full rollout Prepare detailed proposals with BOMs, development scope, and integration requirements Negotiate pricing within defined discount authority while maintaining healthy project margins Manage complex B2B sales cycles requiring persistence and strategic relationship building Update CRM daily with pipeline movement, meeting notes, and next actions Report weekly to management on pipeline health and deal progress Monday : Pipeline review meeting, prioritize follow-ups, plan customer visits for the week Tue-Fri : Regular customer interactions—plant visits in Manesar / Bawal / IMT belt, online demos, technical discussions with production teams. Some customer visits will also happen across India.
