Job Title : Assistant Manager – Compliance and Operations

Location : New Delhi, India

Position Overview

The Assistant Manager – Compliance and Operations will play a key role in managing the end-to-end operational workflow of the Category III AIF and ensuring regulatory compliance with SEBI, fund documentation, and internal governance standards.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of AIF / PMS operations , financial regulations , and reporting frameworks .

Key Responsibilities

Compliance :

• Conduct pre- and post-trade compliance checks to ensure adherence to SEBI AIF regulations, fund-specific limits, and investment guidelines.
• Periodically review exposures, drawdowns, and investor commitments against fund documents and regulatory thresholds.
• Prepare and file regulatory reports (SEBI monthly / quarterly filings, RBI / FEMA reports, etc.).
• Monitor ongoing compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations , Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) , and internal policies.
• Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining compliance checklists, SOPs, and dashboards .
• Support SEBI, internal, and statutory audits and inspections , providing relevant data and explanations.
