About the Role :

Kanakaveda Nutraceuticals is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Pharma-Nutraceutical Production Manager with a strong background in formulation and development of Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements , and Herbal / Medicinal dosage forms. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who is passionate about product development, quality-driven manufacturing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee formulation & development of solid dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules), liquid dosage forms (oral & topical), and semi-solid topical formulations.
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing team to ensure smooth batch execution and documentation as per GMP.
• Coordinate with QA / QC , Regulatory Affairs , Purchase , and Accounts / Finance departments for seamless product lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FDA, AYUSH, and other regulatory norms related to product development and production.
• Maintain and review all batch manufacturing records , process validation reports, and SOPs.
• Monitor production schedules, process optimization, and reduce downtime.
• Support new product development (NPD) and technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• Maintain material requirement planning (MRP) in coordination with purchase and inventory.
