Role Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized Junior Operations Associate to join the Founder’s Office. You’ll work directly with the COO to manage end-to-end operations, streamline processes, and tackle day-to-day business challenges. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support : Assist the COO in managing daily business operations, ensuring smooth execution across functions such as supply chain, logistics, customer operations, and vendor management.
• Project Management : Track and drive progress on key strategic and operational initiatives;

follow up with teams toensure timely deliverables.
