Position : Export Executive
Location : Wagle Estate, Thane
Experience : 2–3 years in expprt documentation
Key Responsibilities :
International Coordination & Client Management
- Act as a key point of contact for overseas clients and dealer networks.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, ensure smooth communication, and build long-term relationships.
- Provide support for international dealers in terms of order handling, product queries, and marketing materials.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients for relationship nurturing (not sales-focused).
Export Documentation & Compliance
Manage end-to-end export documentation (invoice, packing list, shipping, compliance).Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely deliveries.Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.Reporting & Analysis
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, product movement, and feedback.Prepare reports on international operations, logistics updates, and client satisfaction.Assist in preparing decks / presentations for internal review and top management.Operational Support
Coordinate with internal departments : production, logistics, dispatch, and accounts.Ensure stock readiness, timely invoicing, and alignment between demand and supply.Support international event coordination (minimal travel, mostly back-end support).Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a similar field.2–3 years of experience in export coordination, international operations, or client management.Strong verbal and written English communication skills.Knowledge of export documentation and global logistics.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and client management tools.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
