Description
The Sr Manager - FCSS Operation will be responsible for leading the operations of the FCSS team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in service operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the FCSS team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and workflows.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage team performance through coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the customer service or support sectors.Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL).Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.Ability to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.Experience with project management methodologies and tools.Skills Required
