Lead and manage new site development and civil maintenance projects Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards Prepare project reports and update senior management regularly Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 4 year of relevant experience in civil project execution Strong knowledge of site planning, construction processes, and maintenance protocols Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Experience in handling projects for retail, manufacturing, or commercial sites Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements
