Role Overview :

This is a consulting role where your primary responsibility will be to support our recruitment process for marketing roles - from screening candidates to leading technical interviews. In addition, you will play an important role in shaping our marketing strategy, advising on best practices, and helping set the right foundation for scaling growth.

We are looking for a Marketing Consultant who can not only guide us in hiring the right marketing talent but also bring their expertise in performance marketing and growth to shape our strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Shortlist, evaluate, and screen marketing candidates based on technical expertise and growth mindset.
• Conduct technical interviews with focus on performance marketing, campaign management, and analytics.
• Recommend final candidates with detailed evaluation feedback.
• Audit current marketing activities and suggest improvements for better ROI.
• Advise on paid media strategy across Google, Meta, and other key platforms.
• Recommend tools, dashboards, and frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Support in creating performance goals, KPIs, and reporting systems.
• Act as a sounding board for leadership on marketing and growth-related decisions.
• Conduct training / mentorship sessions for junior marketing team members when required.
