Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive, located in Bengaluru South. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial records, including day-to-day bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and handling accounts payable and receivable. The role will also involve maintaining and reconciling ledgers, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities. The Accounts Executive will collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and will provide support during audits.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts
Bookkeeping and Financial Record Management skills
Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
Candidates with prior experience in preschools, early childhood education, childcare services, or similar people-centric businesses will be given strong preference.
Experience in Vendor Management
Ledger Maintenance and Reconciliation capabilities
Knowledge of Financial Regulations and Compliance
Budgeting and Forecasting experience
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
