Job descriptionDegree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in capital equipment sales to pharma or process industries . Strong technical acumen and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell capital equipment (tablet presses, blister packing machines, coating systems, etc.) to pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Indore and Ahmedabad regions.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and site visits.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Projects, Service) to deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
