Senior Data Scientist

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and trustworthiness of data ingested from manufacturing systems into our data lake.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, validate, and authenticate data sets from various manufacturing systems (SCADA, PLC, control systems). You will also identify gaps, missing values, and integrity issues in structured and semi-structured data, and implement protocols to ensure fit-for-purpose ingestion.

This is a challenging role that requires strong problem-solving skills for working with ambiguous or incomplete data sets. You should have experience with data lakes, relational database systems, and data authentication, cleansing, validation, and readiness engineering.

You will work closely with our manufacturing system owners, data lake team, and business stakeholders to resolve data integrity issues and collaborate on data requirements per application. Additionally, you will provide technical support to parallel rollouts across multiple manufacturing sites and contribute to building audit controls and monitoring frameworks for ongoing data integrity.
