We are looking for a Media Planner – Performance Marketing to support campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across digital channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about using analytics to drive campaign performance and business outcomes.Job
Responsibilities-
1. Campaign Planning & Strategy :
- Assist in planning and executing performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Support senior media planners in developing media strategies aligned with client goals and budgets.
- Conduct research on target audiences, media trends, and competitor activity to inform media recommendations.
2. Campaign Execution & Optimization :
Set up and manage paid campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Video, etc.) ensuring accuracy in targeting, tracking, and budgeting.Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.A / B test creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve efficiency.3. Performance Tracking & Reporting :
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.Track KPIs, analyze data trends, and assist in deriving actionable insights.Ensure accurate attribution and tagging (UTM parameters, pixels, etc.) for all campaigns.4. Collaboration & Coordination :
Work closely with creative, strategy, and account management teams to align campaign messaging and objectives.Coordinate with media partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.Support the Media Manager in billing, budget tracking, and reconciliation.Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).Basic knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio).Analytical mindset with attention to detail and numbers.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.Experience : 3+ years in media planning, performance marketing, or digital campaign management (agency experience preferred).Google / Meta Ads certifications will be an added advantage.
