Job Title: Legal Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 7-12 years

- Manage the end-to-end contract management lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and facilitating execution of contracts.

- Maintain and update a weekly management dashboard for executed contracts to ensure tracking, visibility, and compliance.

- Facilitate due diligence and title verification for real estate transactions.

- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction-related documents and agreements.

- Collaborate closely with the Legal Team to provide day-to-day corporate and business law advisory support.

- Conduct legal research and provide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders.

- Create, maintain, and regularly update a repository of applicable legislations, regulatory changes, and court precedents impacting the business of NH.

- Contribute to legal practice standards initiatives and support implementation of best practices.

- Assist in planning, executing, and improving departmental processes, controls, and documentation.

- Support development and delivery of internal legal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
