About the Role :

AccioJob is looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee our instructor team, manage administrative operations, and drive placement outcomes for students in Parul University, Vadodara. This role requires a street-smart, proactive individual with a strong understanding of the EdTech industry, technical exposure, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Take ownership of placements for learners in Parul University.
  • Take ownership of technical and soft skill training to maximise placements.
  • Manage and mentor instructors, ensuring high-quality teaching and engagement.
  • Handle administration and operational management for courses and programs.
  • Provide guidance on placements and help deliver successful placement outcomes.
  • Maintain strong communication with students and internal teams.
  • This is a 6 days working role.

Requirements :

  • 2-3 years of experience in EdTech, education, or related fields.
  • Exposure to technical domains like Full Stack Development and AI.
  • Good command over English communication.
  • Prior experience in placement coordination and student career guidance.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and administrative operations effectively.
  • Street-smart, proactive, and capable of problem-solving in dynamic environments.
