Manager Transaction Services

Role : Global Transaction Services (GTS) – Trade & Cash Management

About the Role :

Looking for an experienced professional to drive Transaction Banking growth through Trade Finance and Cash Management solutions, with a strong focus on digital offerings .

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and grow existing corporate client portfolio.

Acquire new-to-bank clients and increase market share.

Offer end-to-end solutions in Trade Finance (LCs, BGs, Buyer / Supplier Finance) and Cash Management .

Collaborate with internal teams – Relationship Managers, Product, Credit, Legal, Compliance & Operations.

Maintain strong credit and risk discipline.

Identify process gaps, improve client service delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance (FEMA, UCP, URDG).

Drive pipeline management and business MIS.

Qualifications : CA or MBA preferred.

5–10 years of experience in Transaction Banking / Trade Finance / Cash Management .

Strong understanding of RBI and trade regulations .

Excellent relationship, communication, and commercial skills.
