🎯 What You’ll Do
You’ll lead outbound and inbound GTM initiatives — not just to drive top-of-funnel, but to shape the future of how we go to market and how our clients do too.
Cold e-mail and outbound : Lead Sales and GTM to enrich and personalize outreach at scale using AI
Use various outreach and prospecting tools, develop personalized scripts and SOPs by ICP and channel for cold calling, automate follow-up systems to maximize open-rates, reply rates and ensure industry-best conversion from cold outreach to demos
Hustle your way to get more D2C growth leaders and founders on calls from cold e-mails and build a relationship with them on cold calls to identify their pressing problems and demo them a suitable solution in our arsenal
Identify scalable organic channels to attract and convert high-intent B2B leads
Create learning content, growth loops, and funnels that double as education and lead nurture
Be a self-starter and work with the leadership and marketing team to generate all the sales collateral required to supercharge your outreach - use AI vibe creation tools to churn out mock-ups, demo videos
Experiment, iterate, and codify the 0→1→10 growth playbook for our business

✅ What We’re Looking For
0–2 years in sales, GTM, customer lifecycle management, SEO, content and community (internships count)
You have the hustle and grit required to champion cold sales, cold emails and GTM efforts for a cutting-edge AI agentic growth platform for e-commerce brands
You understand and use AI diallers, CRM tools and cold outbound prospecting tools on a daily basis
You don’t take no for an answer and can set big, hairy audacious goals with the persistence to achieve them
You've worked at an early-stage startup and built inbound and outbound sales and prospecting systems from scratch and are comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-first environments
Analytical mindset with bias for action : spot patterns → suggest fixes → measure impact
You deeply understand the B2B demand gen funnel, especially for US-based customers
