JOB DETAILS

1) Responsible for Tool Room Operations Planning that is all aspects of in house tool manufacturing, maintenance, development and testing activities to ensure the business objectives are met, to improve the efficiency of machines and people.

2) Responsible for Manpower Planning and machine wise planning for a week in advance against the approved Production Plan submitted.

3) Responsible for Calibration of equipment annually, recommended by OEM.

4) Coordinate preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance activities of automatedmachines.

5) Resource Management :

6) Lead and coordinate resources within the Toolroom to ensure all tooling are produced efficiently, on time and in line with quality standards.

7) Responsible for Optimum use of machines. Ensure availability of Tools and Tool Holders to meet the scheduled production plan.
