The Founder's Office role will assume an important role in providing comprehensive support to the founders in steering the organization's strategic and operational trajectory. The role will serve as a principal advisor, entrusted with the responsibility of effectively conveying and actualizing the founder’s vision and objectives in the company. This role holds substantial influence and demands exceptional organisational prowess, strategic acumen, and adept collaboration with diverse stakeholders. The person will be responsible for planning and managing administrative, financial, and operational activities while acting in an advisory role for important decisions about the business
Key Responsibilities :
Drive Business Performance : Drive the business OKR process and monitor company's performance across key performance indicators and financial metrics. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations capturing performance.
Strategy Support : Support the founders in building short and long term strategy for the business. Identify and drive key interventions coming out of the strategy. Drive seamless strategy communication within the Organization.
Annual Planning Process : Drive the annual operating planning (AOP) process. Collaborate with functional stakeholders and ensure it meets the strategic direction of the Organization.
Project Management : Drive critical projects on behalf of the Founder’s office, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution. Create alignment and execute implementation through diverse teams.
Executive Facilitation : Support the founders in orchestrating daily / monthly / annual business agenda. Set up priority items that need the attention and involvement of the founders. Anticipate challenges and plan to proactively address them.
Requirements
Graduate (Tier 1 institute) / Post Graduate in any discipline with 2 - 5 years of experience in consulting or strategy & program management.
