Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop complex multi-step email, SMS, push , and cross-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
- Create and manage workflows for audience segmentation, data extraction, personalization, and delivery.
- Configure templates, forms, schemas, and business rules within Adobe Campaign.
- Integrate Adobe Campaign with other platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS, analytics tools, APIs) to support seamless data flow.
- Work with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize campaign performance through data-driven enhancements and A / B testing.
- Maintain and troubleshoot delivery logs, errors, and campaign tracking issues.
- Collaborate with QA and data teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Document workflows, configurations, and campaign management practices.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience developing in Adobe Campaign Classic or Adobe Campaign Standard .Proficiency in JavaScript , SQL , HTML / CSS , and XML for personalization and template development.Experience with workflow design, data schemas, targeting, and dynamic content creation.Strong understanding of campaign data management, segmentation, and audience targeting.Experience working with REST / SOAP APIs for integrations.Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and its integration with Campaign.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Desirable Skills and Certifications :
Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Campaign Developer or Business Practitioner.Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Real-Time CDP.Exposure to marketing analytics, customer journey orchestration, or personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Target).Knowledge of deliverability best practices and campaign performance metrics.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Skills Required
