Customer Success Engineer - ( Devops )

About The Position
Act as the primary contact for our customers regarding all technical issues.Take full responsibility for customer support cases from initiation to resolution, prioritizing customer satisfaction throughout.Build relationships and collaborate with technical stakeholders to encourage product adoption and growth.Guide and educate customers through the onboarding process and ensure effective ongoing use of our services.Represent customer interests internally, serving as their technical advocate within Coralogix.Manage and prioritize multiple issues simultaneously.Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams promptly and effectively.Requirements
Background knowledge and hands-on practice in Cloud DevOps, specifically experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, CloudFormation, Load Balancers, CloudWatch) or the equivalent with Azure and GCPBackground knowledge and hands-on practice in Security monitoring, Observability, specifically experience working with one or more of the following tools - Kibana, Open-Search, Grafana, Datadog, Sumologic, NewRelic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Logz.io , SignalFX, Instana, Splunk, Honeycomb, JaegerBA / BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceExcellent customer-facing skillsExcellent communication skills in EnglishMotivation to learn new skills and technologiesGreat interpersonal and communication skillsHigh availability for fast response to customersBig Advantages
Proven work experience with ELK (Elastic-search / Logstash / Kibana) or OpenTelemetryHands-on experience in Regular Expressions, Lucene, PromQL
