About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / Specialist with experience in the IT industry to manage the full employee lifecycle within our company. The ideal candidate has up to 3 years of hands-on experience across various HR functions and is ready to contribute to a positive and compliant work environment. You will be instrumental in supporting our team's growth and ensuring smooth, efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
- Coordinate smooth and effective onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
- Administer the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Ensure full company compliance with all statutory regulations and labor laws relevant to the IT and services industry.
- Manage the accurate tracking and administration of Leave & Vacation Management for employees.
- Address and resolve day-to-day employee concerns through effective employee relations.
- Develop and implement initiatives for Employee Engagement & Retention to foster a motivated and positive workforce.
- Manage all Exit Formalities, including conducting exit interviews, processing final settlements, and completing necessary documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : Up to 3 years of hands-on professional experience in a Human Resources role.Functional Expertise : Proven experience in managing r ecruitment, payroll processing, compliance, and employee relations.Soft Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Confidentiality : Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.Tech Acumen : Familiarity with the language and roles common in the IT sector (e.g., understanding the difference between various engineering roles, Technologies, Process.etc).Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).Knowledge of local and national labor laws and regulations.A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
