Primary Title : Human Resources Manager
About The Opportunity
A fast-growing technology company operating in the Software / SaaS sector, delivering cloud-native products and engineering-led solutions for B2B customers. We are a remote-first organisation scaling product, engineering and customer success teams across India. The Human Resources Manager will build and run end-to-end people operations to support rapid hiring, strong engagement, and lawful, efficient HR processes for distributed teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product and GTM roles across India — create job specs, run sourcing & interviews, and close offers to meet hiring targets.
- Manage HR operations and HRIS : maintain employee records, run onboarding / offboarding workflows, optimise HR tools and automate routine processes.
- Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, labour laws) with payroll vendors to ensure accurate, timely payouts and filings.
- Drive employee relations and performance management : implement regular performance cycles, deliver coaching for managers, and resolve grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Design and run remote-first people programs — onboarding, engagement surveys, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives to sustain high remote productivity and culture.
- Provide HR analytics and insights — headcount planning, attrition analysis, hiring funnel metrics and recommendations to senior leadership for data-driven decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
5+ years total HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR Manager or senior generalist role, preferably supporting technology teams.Proven experience with recruitment for tech roles, HRIS administration and end-to-end onboarding / offboarding processes.Strong knowledge of Indian statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, labour laws) and experience coordinating payroll vendors.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and confidential employee-relations skills; comfortable advising leadership.Preferred
Certifications such as SHRM / PHR or relevant HR qualifications; prior experience in high-growth startups or SaaS organisations.Experience implementing remote-work policies, HR automation, and using analytics to reduce attrition and improve hiring velocity.Benefits & Culture Highlights
