Support Coach

Job Description

As a supportive team member, you will work closely with the Personal Coach to enhance client accountability and Learning & Development initiatives.

This role involves daily functions encompassing Sales & Marketing, Office Administration, Research & Development, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in client onboarding, coaching, and follow-up activities
• Provide learning support to clients as needed
• Ensure client retention and satisfaction through regular communication and support

Additionally, you will contribute to Research and Development by staying updated on IW products and services, creating frameworks for quality and excellence, and supporting the development of innovative tools and coaching strategies.

You will also be responsible for designing and delivering training / coaching programs, generating reports, and maintaining administrative tasks.
