Responsibilities
- Provide advanced vibration analysis remotely using internal diagnostic software
- Report vibration analysis findings and recommendations to customers in a timely manner
- Offer troubleshooting support for equipment-related issues
- Evaluate vibration spectrum and time waveform to solve machine problems
- Collaborate with other technical resources to find optimal solutions
- Maintain and update vibration databases
- Support plant personnel in developing equipment maintenance strategies related to vibration monitoring
- Provide remote call-out coverage when required
- Assist with root cause failure analysis of rotating equipment and suggest preventive solutions
- Mentor and guide less experienced vibration technicians
Qualifications Required
High School Diploma / Degree or equivalent4+ years of experience in vibration analysis and solving machine issuesISO Category II / III Certification from accredited providers (e.g., Vibration Institute, Mobius)Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with rotating equipmentWillingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidaysWillingness to travel as requiredSkills Required
