Required Skills & Qualifications

Location : Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Experience :

8+ years of professional experience in AEM development, with at least 2+ years focused on

AEM as a Cloud Service .

Technical Proficiency :

Backend :

Expert in

Java , the OSGi framework, Apache Sling, and the JCR (Jackrabbit Oak).

Frontend :

Strong proficiency in

HTML ,

CSS ,

JavaScript , and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is highly preferred.

AEM-specific :

Mastery of AEM core components, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and the AEM Dispatcher.

Cloud & DevOps :

Hands-on experience with

Cloud Manager , Git, and CI / CD pipelines.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Problem-Solving :

Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex AEM and Java-based applications.

Communication :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Certifications (Nice to Have) :

Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer or Architect.
