What You’ll Do :

• Take full ownership of your state's solar business— strategy to execution and P&L .
• Build and lead a high-performing team for residential, commercial & industrial solar projects.
• Drive P&L, sales, operations, and partnerships for your region.
• Directly manage cash flow, project pipelines, and bottom-line outcomes.
• Represent PrimeTower at the forefront of state-level solar expansion .
