Senior Associate – Personal Branding

Location : Fully Remote | Compensation : ₹50,000 + Incentives

Who we are looking for

You have excellent oratory skills and the ability to confidently interact with senior professionals, corporate leaders, and entrepreneurs. You thrive on teaching and mentoring, and you can command a virtual room with presence, energy, and credibility.

We will train you on the content and delivery of our Personal Branding program, but exposure to areas like executive presence, public speaking, outreach, or personal brand building will be a strong advantage.

You are empathetic, approachable, and an outstanding communicator who can connect with people across industries. Whether you come from a background in corporate communications, HR, leadership coaching, media / PR, or consulting (or elsewhere), what matters most is your ability to teach, mentor, and inspire senior professionals.

What you will be doing

• Teach sessions in our Personal Branding program for mid to senior-level professionals and entrepreneurs.
• Mentor learners individually, guide them through personal branding exercises, and provide feedback on public speaking, presence, and executive communication.
• Facilitate mock sessions and workshops to help learners practice and polish their executive presence.
• Support learners in building confidence and projecting credibility in professional contexts.
• Contribute to improving course experience with new ideas and learner-focused approaches.
