Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Affiliate Marketing Manager based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing affiliate marketing programs, developing and maintaining relationships with affiliates, and monitoring affiliate performance to ensure maximum ROI. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating affiliate partnerships, creating marketing strategies, handling communications with affiliates, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The manager will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader company goals. Qualifications Experience in Affiliate Management and Affiliate Marketing Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Marketing strategies and techniques Understanding of Sales processes and tactics Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Ability to analyze data and performance metrics Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
