About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who can transform ideas into visually striking stories that move audiences. You’ll lead the video editing function — crafting cinematic edits, brand films, reels, motion graphics, and campaign videos that bring strategy and emotion together.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creative storytelling, understands brand nuance, and can balance speed with quality while mentoring younger editors.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video post-production — from raw footage to final output.
- Edit and craft cinematic videos, reels, and campaign films across luxury, lifestyle, and digital-first brands.
- Collaborate with creative directors, content strategists, and designers to translate ideas into motion.
- Build storylines, pacing, and rhythm that align with brand tonality and campaign goals.
- Supervise sound design, color grading, and visual effects for a polished finish.
- Innovate with motion graphics, transitions, and creative storytelling formats for social and digital platforms.
- Manage timelines, revisions, and delivery schedules efficiently.
- Mentor junior editors and motion designers to elevate the team’s output quality.
- Stay updated with editing trends, formats, and tools across platforms (Meta, YouTube, , OTT, etc.).
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a creative or digital agency.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (color grading experience is a plus).Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for rhythm, framing, and emotion.Experience working on brand films, social media content, performance ad creatives, and product videos.Understanding of different aspect ratios, compression formats, and output specs for digital delivery.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to multitask across projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.Preferred Skills
Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D elements .Familiarity with sound design tools (Audition or Logic Pro).Experience working on luxury, lifestyle, or real estate brands is a strong plus.Why Wingman
