About the Role

As the Electrical BoP Design Lead, you’ll take ownership of electrical design activities across BESS, Wind, and Solar PV projects — ensuring optimized, reliable, and cost-effective designs. You’ll prepare and coordinate Basic Design & FEED packages, validate external designs, and provide critical engineering support across the full project lifecycle.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and BoP engineering for renewable energy projects (Solar PV, Wind, BESS).
• Prepare and validate Basic Engineering & FEED documents, including design basis reports, SLDs, and electrical calculations.
• Support bid preparation and investment reviews, ensuring technical consistency and cost optimization.
• Guide EPC contractors and cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence and compliance with global standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to enhance project efficiency and reliability.
