We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Learning & Development with 3-6 years of experience to join our team at Hyatt Place. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet the organization's needs.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning and development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning objectives with business goals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with learning management systems and other educational technology tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
