Ink Media is a digital-first marketing and creative agency based in Pune, specializing in real estate and high-value industries. We craft integrated campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, driving quality leads and measurable ROI for premium developers and brands.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is highly skilled in planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate has prior experience in real estate lead generation (high-ticket segment) and a proven track record of delivering leads that convert.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, set up, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Build media plans, budgets, and targeting strategies specific to high-ticket real estate buyers.
  • Optimization & Performance
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • A / B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Track ROI and provide recommendations for scaling campaigns.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with the content, creative, and web development teams to ensure aligned messaging and conversion-focused funnels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure quality of leads generated.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proven 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate lead generation.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Solid understanding of real estate buyer journeys, especially high-ticket segments.
  • Experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Ability to manage ad budgets of ₹2–10L+ per month with efficiency.
  • Knowledge of landing page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on skills in Excel / Sheets.
  • Bonus : Prior experience in video ad campaigns and real estate-focused marketing automation.
