HR Manager

who can build a happy, high-performing workplace.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things people — from hiring and onboarding to payroll and culture-building.

What You’ll Do

Own the entire employee lifecycle :

from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews and exits.

Handle payroll and incentives :

coordinate with our accounts team and outsourced agency for timely disbursement and compliance (EPF, etc.).

Set up & track KPIs and KRAs

across departments — ensure every team member has clarity and direction.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities

— monthly events, celebrations, and culture initiatives that keep energy high.

Conduct onboarding & orientation sessions

for new hires to introduce them to the Blix way.

Maintain HR records and employee data

in an organized and confidential manner.

Support leadership with people insights

— identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance team wellbeing.

Be the bridge between teams, management, and our external HR agency

to ensure smooth operations.

Who You Are

Have

2–5 years of HR experience , ideally in a

startup or SME

environment.

Know your way around

payroll, KPIs, employee engagement, and compliance basics.

Are an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.

Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and love building processes that actually work.

Most importantly — you genuinely care about people and enjoy helping teams do their best work.
