Job description

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Omnistudio SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration along with a strong background in Analytics. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our companys goals and contribute to our mission of delivering impactful technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software solutions using Omnistudio SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize analytics solutions that drive business insights.
  • Provide technical expertise in the development of custom applications and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of software solutions through rigorous testing and debugging processes.
  • Oversee the deployment of software updates and enhancements ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making processes.
  • Lead the development of technical documentation and user guides to facilitate the adoption and maintenance of software solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for software issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on users.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and tools to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Omnistudio SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration.
  • Demonstrate expertise in analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in developing custom applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Have experience in mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices.
