Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and maintain IT Service Management solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You‿ll play a key role in automating workflows, enhancing service delivery, and integrating systems to support enterprise IT operations. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules : Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management
  • Customize workflows, business rules, client / server scripts, UI policies, and notifications
  • Implement integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Maintain platform health through upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and security best practices
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot ServiceNow related issues

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration techniques
  • Familiarity with Service Portal, UI / UX customization, and reporting tools
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM Implementation Specialist) preferred

  • Bachelor‿s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
