We are seeking a Construction Manager – Civil (Residential Projects) to lead two upcoming premium residential projects in Andheri (West), Mumbai.

Job Title : Construction Manager – Civil Reporting To : Director (via Construction Management Consultant) Job Summary

End-to-end responsible for execution, supervision, and delivery of two residential projects as per approved schedule, cost plan, and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure adherence to design, quality, safety, and timelines
  • Coordinate with architects, PMC, site engineers, contractors, and vendors
  • Conduct and lead progress review meetings
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, contracts
  • Approve contractor invoices post verification
  • Monitor schedule, costs, and site documentation
  • Lead quality checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Risk management and mitigation planning
  • Maintain necessary project documentation and reporting

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor site staff
  • Assist in regulatory approvals coordination where required
  • Ensure compliance with project QA / QC procedures
  • Introduce continuous improvement practices

    • Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership & team management skills
  • Knowledge of civil & structural standards and allied MEP disciplines
  • Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project / Primavera), AutoCAD and MS Office

    • Experience

  • 12–15+ years of relevant experience in residential / commercial / industrial construction
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a Construction Manager / Project Manager role

    • Education

  • Full-time BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-approved institute

    • Work Conditions

  • Ability to manage on-site operations, contractor teams, and deadlines
  • Work schedule : Monday–Saturday (9 AM – 6 PM);

    • flexibility required based on site needs
