Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer with expertise in Microsoft 365 migrations including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, using tools like AvePoint, ShareGate, Quest, or CloudM. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute SharePoint Online and OneDrive migration projects from on-premise or legacy systems.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Utilize third-party migration tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest, or CloudM for smooth and secure data migration.
• Create, review, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate migration tasks and administrative processes.
• Work closely with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and performance of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint performance, access, permissions, and integrations.
• Provide documentation, user training, and post-migration support.
