Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Product Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience in product-based companies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to help drive data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support, to support product development and enhancement efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze product performance, user behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with product managers to define product success metrics, track KPIs, and build dashboards to monitor product performance.

Conduct customer research to gather insights and feedback on product features and usability.

Support data-driven decision-making by performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate the impact of product changes and new feature releases.

Assist in developing and maintaining product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and specifications.

Work with the engineering and design teams to ensure product requirements are understood and properly executed.

Provide insights and recommendations based on product performance analysis to optimize user experience and achieve business goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to inform product strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

2-4 years of experience as a Product Analyst in a product-based company .

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting.

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar data analysis and visualization tools.

Experience with A / B testing, customer segmentation, and product analytics.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and collaborate with teams.

Understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.

Basic understanding of coding languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation is a plus.

Experience working on B2B or B2C product platforms.
