Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MICE Operations professional located in South Delhi.

The MICE Operations professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as organizing meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.

Additional tasks include coordinating with various vendors, Hotels, managing event logistics, making presentations, negotiations with Hotels / vendors, Costing and financial management, client communication, and on-site event execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management skills
• Proficient in Communication and Sales
• Expertise in Project Management
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• Experience in MICE industry is a must
