Astral Commerce (Kochi, Kerala) is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CTO. This role is central to keeping our team organized and moving fast.
What you’ll do :
- Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for leadership.
- Assist with HR activities like onboarding, leaves, and coordination.
- Help with company operations (invoices, subscriptions, basic reporting).
- Support project tracking and follow-ups with the dev and support teams.
- Take on special projects (events, partnerships, outreach research).
