We’re Hiring : HR Recruiter

Location : Vashi( Navi Mumbai)

Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 + Performance Incentives( Depends upon last drawn and Exp)

Working Days : 6 days / week

Hybrid Mode / Remote and Work From Office Available

About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter / Associate Partners / HR Interns / Full Timer or Part timer to join our team! You will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers
• Source candidates via job portals, references, social media, and databases
• Conduct telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback
• Maintain candidate records, trackers, and reports
• Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
