Application Developer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Overall 3+ years of experience in development including SDLC
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Next js, or Vue.js, tailwind CSS.
• Strong proficiency in one or more server-side programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Proficiency with RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of version control systems - Git.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Capability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Knowledge of web security principles and best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques for both front-end and back-end.
